Great value for money, helpful staff, and excellent room service at no additional cost. the pool area was a highlight, especially the two private rooms that can be booked for exclusive use. It was a fantastic experience to have the entire pool area to ourselves and enjoy a swim with friends. the location, although not in the center, was easily accessible with affordable taxi services like Uber and Yandex.
The hotel's location is a bit far from the city center and surrounded by large buildings, which may not be visually appealing. the cafeteria area seemed to be dirty due to ongoing renovation work.

The hotel was conveniently located near major shopping malls, making it easy to indulge in some retail therapy. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with clean and well-maintained bathrooms. the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, even making special treats like a delicious rose cake. the swimming pool was a highlight, with its impressive wave generation technology and the option to book the entire pool area for a private gathering.
The cafeteria area could have been cleaner after the renovation.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Tyumen. The staff were incredibly nice and cheerful, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the amazing swimming pool, which featured wave generation technology. The location was great, with easy access to Tyumen malls and transportation. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
Cannot find any fault.

The hotel had a nice swimming pool, although it wasn't free for guests. The staff was friendly and tried their best to communicate in English.
The hotel was located quite far from the city center amidst some not so pleasant housing blocks. , the cafeteria area was dirty and in need of renovation.
